I’m back. I know, I know, I’ve been missing for a while. That’s life, we all get busy and put the things that matter on hold from time to time. To get back on track and in the loop again I have given myself some motivation by joining a Blogging 101 course via The Daily Post. I will endeavour to write a post each day for the assignments given to me. This is my challenge for this month along with a couple of other things which I will shed light on later.
This blog is to introduce myself. (I realise many of you know me but some readers may not.) Last year, around March I decided to begin writing a blog as a diary of the travels my husband, Murray and I were going to embark on in June. From there I decided to make the blog not only about our travels but also to include bits of our life with our two sons, Andrew and Simon, and my cooking adventures. Making it public meant that I could keep my family and friends up to date on our moves as well as anyone who is interested in travel, adventure, cooking, challenging themselves and life in general.
After blogging for nearly twelve months now I feel I have achieved the goal I had set myself of doing something different, challenging myself and making new friends through the things I enjoy doing. Over the next week I hope to learn a few more things about blogging and gain some new followers who will hopefully enjoy my writing.
